Using the service

LocalBuyerFinder helps you find local businesses and their public contact details. You need an account to use it, and you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Credits and payments

• Searches and unlocks use credits as shown on the Pricing page before you run them.
• Paid plans renew each month until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; credits already given stay until the end of that month.
• If something went wrong on our side, write to us and we will put it right.

Fair use

• Do not resell or republish the results as a data product of your own.
• Do not use automated scripts against the app, try to get around limits, or share one account between companies.
• When you contact businesses, follow the rules for marketing messages where you and they are based, and stop contacting anyone who asks you to.

We may limit or close accounts that break these rules.

The data

Results come from public sources and are checked where we can, but businesses change and no list is perfect. Results are provided as they are, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
